Late in 2003 I learned
about a 48-unit town home development for sale in Victor Idaho just 25

building custom homes.
The seller, who had a
successful landscaping business in the area, had received all the City
approvals for a new town home subdivision. He planted trees, built
ponds & waterfalls, built cobblestone bridges, and even manicured
the stream banks to create an oasis unlike anything the community had
ever seen. Then he began building his first homes…and quickly ran out

To avoid losing everything he owned, the landscaper/builder had to sell & sell fast.
To
keep the project from bankruptcy, I had to buy it in less than 2 weeks
