In 1996, we completed construction on our first spec. house in Jackson Hole, expanded to Teton Valley and continued building individual homes through 2002.
In 2002, Teton Land and Development Group, LLC was created to take advantage of the growing demand and shrinking supply of developable land in the Teton mountain range in Wyoming and Idaho.
The formation of TLDG allowed us to begin bringing in outside investors and we strive to educate those investors on techniques on how to successfully own mountain real estate.
The management team has over 50 years experience in developing land, building homes and commercial buildings, and managing rental properties.
We deliver high quality residential neighborhoods in phases allowing the market and community to evolve in a balanced and positive manner while achieving a return on investments.
